But its really annoying when you know that someone is well capable of a task but fail to do so because of will, discipline or arsedness. No? He is a long way of being the complete player- that is why he is here and not in the prem. But he has more potential than any of our other centre midfielders and it seems a bit baffling that is way out of the picture- as Westwood, Gardner or Jedinak are not exactly pulling up trees at present.
