For gods sake, the press really can't stop digging can they. It's negativity every day at the minute.

Obviously we all want the takeover to be clean and legit, but it seems like the "journos" are (as usual) praying  for us to screw up. Fed up of it all the time!

It really sums up sports journalists and the entire news as a whole. You can see it here, and in that phone-scandal incident recently; they'll do anything, even ruin and destroy careers, just for a little bit of 'news'. I've said this elsewhere and i'll say it again; one of the reasons top players are going to Spain and Germany are so they don't incur the wrath of the English press.

This thread is a little bit like

".....I am Zon from planet Zen I come in peace and will do you no evil....."

Followed by all and sundry squabling over if what he says is true and if planet Zen really exists.

So, of all that was discussed/explained here, has it all come true?

Well time will tell. But there is still 40 million in parachute payments and £50 million of Xia's money to spend.
