It seems that last weekend he was informed that his minority ownership shares were being converted into deferred shares, which means that he has no voting rights, will earn no dividend, and these deferred shares can be purchased by AVFC at any time for £1 a share. The doc is done. Must have been a recent change as we've had Recon on almost everything Villa related until this week. The only remaining proof that Xia was here is Recon Training Facility, but I assume they are likely working to eliminate that tie to Recon as well.
