Even if you don't rate Bruce - perhaps especially if you don't rate Bruce - 'Bruce with no money' should be considerably more frightening than 'Bruce on a similar budget to last season'. We've a couple of fellas who became adept at picking apart loans until they were eventually traced to the BVI, at which point sadly they become invisible.
