villa89
So it's nearly time for the world cup of national hunt racing and the gold cup is shaping up to be a cracker this year. Selections: Douvan and Thistlecrack are obvious naps and Vroum Vroum Mag should win the Mares assuming Annie goes in the Champion Hurdle. I think Limini should justify the low price and if un de sceaux gets a clear run then there's nothing to challenge. No more heroes in the RSA will shorten from the current price and won't be outside the top 2. Paddy power are doing an offer if you horse finishes second then you get your money back as a free bet so there could be decent money to be made. For the Gold cup I like Don Cossack and Djackadam. Don Cossack to win if he jumps and I don't think Vautour will get the trip. Cue card is definitely one to watch after his "breathing" operation. Antepost I have Don Cossack + Un De Sceaux in two singles and a double ( i had faugheen in the trixie but thankfully it was NRNB) and I took the 7/1 special on the double of No more heroes and Limini too. Xela
Haven't paid much attention to the jumps this season, more of a flat man but always like Cheltenham Shame Faugheen is out
snowychap
Looking forward to it as usual. Will be avoiding most of the hotpots unless they're offered at boosted odds by the bookies (which happened with a number of them last year).
choffer Posted March 11, 2016 VT Supporter Share Posted March 11, 2016 I was supposed to be going on Wednesday or Thursday but work commitments have caused me to cancel. Slightly disappointed but I guess I can live without the expense.
Nicho
Im not going but I have the Friday off. The only horse i know I will currently be betting on is Many Clouds. After betting on him last year at Cheltenham and therefore his name being the only one I recognised for the Grand National, I won a pretty penny. As usual I will be stalking this thread for your tips.

Kingman
Will be laying the Arse off Min and Annie Power. Will be surprised if AP even makes the frame.
CVByrne
You are mad to lay Min. I can get the Annie Power opposition. But you are making a mistake laying Min. His form has been franked and he's highly thought of and regarded by Mullins who has won the last 3 runnings of the race. Post up your lay. Kingman
Not really raced anything in Ireland yet so hard to gauge if grade 1 gravy. Twice well beaten at Auteuil before joining Mullins - and Auteuil is is same as Cheltenham... left handed

Kingman
I Might have a lill safety bet on Min, AP & VVM.
