Beating Aston Villa is hardly a noteworthy accomplishment these days, regardless of who you are. Aston Villa Janitor's Club would beat that team 3-0. Neil
**** me, if a trainee showed me up in my job I don't think I could live with the embarrassment. But this would call on some of our players having self respect which they don't.
Dr_Pangloss
Yep, a good 2-3 of them need to be picked ahead of the shite in our 'first' team.
rodders0223
The day I don't have to contemplate having to watch Guzan, Hutton, Clark, Richardson or SInclair will be a happy one indeed.
NeilS
I know Ayew and Bacuna played for the U21's, and some of those players in the "1st team" aren't regulars this season but 3-0 is not even a close score, very embarrassing for the senior players and should speed their exit from our club. It would be interesting to see the full line ups and scorers.

Sinclair, on a windy day, was blown into the car park. Clark was sent off for breaking Bacuna's leg in two places. Meaning Ayew had to play rush goalie. Guzan just couldn't find a man with his kicks. Ayew must have been really buzzing around. Richardson only had 90 yards of grass to run into, so unfortunately not quite enough space for his first touch. JAMAICAN-VILLAN
More nonsense for us to overreact about, a training match ffs.
dAVe80
What exactly were the starting eleven of each side? I'm all for showing up the underachieving, overpaid shitbags of a first team squad we have, but is this just another massive over reaction to a training game, with mixed sides, and being used as yet another stick to beat us with?
VillaJ100
The thing is the whole footballing world is pissing themselves at us. We aren't just bad, we're a laughing stock and absolutely hilarious to everybody else.
AndyBM
there isnt many first teamers who can give advice, i mean, would you want to take defending advice from lescott or scoring advice from gabby? its laughable.

Not yet, according to the Swedish paper Brad Guzan, Alan Hutton, Ciaran Clark, Kieran Richardson, Ashley Westwood, Jordan Veretout, Idrissa Gueye och Scott Sinclair all played for the "a-team" the usual back 5 Mark Bunn, Micah Richards, Jores Okore, Joleon Lescott and Aly Cissokho were all rested while Bacuna and Ayew player for the kids. Libor Kozak, Gabby Agbonlahor and Rudy Gestede took no part in the game
AndyBM
its a strange one that he left the worst 2 defenders, richards and lescott out, maybe he has already accepted their awfulness.
rodders0223
All jokes aside, it happens. Happened at Sunderland but we are bottom of the league so is going to be highlighted.

Zatman
when I heard that they lost to Under21 it didnt take much to know that SInclair and Guzan would be in the line up I imagine Remi would know this is the end now for these clowns
