I had a dream in the early hours of the morning that we won 1-0 with a goal from Carles Gil. My last football related dream was that we lost to Norwich 2-0 the day before that game which came true. Come on Villa, fight like lions!
Popular Post Gary Thomas
Every game is like a cup final now. A good crowd, loud vocal support (which will be there) and the same commitment and intensity from the players and who knows, we could just surprise them. If we were to somehow get 3pts from this the situation would start to look very different. Add to that one or two positive signings late in the window and the great escape is on! If I see the same commitment, desire and effort from the players I will be on my feet applauding them again at the end - win, loose or draw!!
Grasshopper
Bunn Bacuna Okore Lescott Cissohko Sanchez/Westwood Gana Vertout Gil Kozak Ayew subs anyone except Richardson Nzog Sinclair Gaby Gestede ------------------- we go again
rodders0223
Another 1-0 would do me just fine. Please, just build on the 3 points. Don't lose it.
Stevo985 Posted January 13, 2016 VT Supporter Share Posted January 13, 2016 If we won this one, it would begin to make things interesting. Unfortunately, I don't think we will. We can't forget that leicester are a very good team this season

rubberman
Vardy just back from surgery and having to play Weds and Sat has got to be in our favour. Hope the Spurs game is tough for them. Very big ask to get 2 wins on the bounce, but play with the commitment and desire of last night, get Villa Park bouncing and who knows. Really no expectation though. Hoping Sunderland win tonight. Would keep Swansea in the crap and 17th place within (very faint) sight.
BOF Posted January 13, 2016 Moderator Share Posted January 13, 2016 If IF IF we win this. Oh boy. Come on Villa. Just for teh lulz. There'd be a few squeaky bums ahead of us then (there's an image). All of a sudden the dead & buried team that no-one need worry about aren't as dead & buried as they thought. Of course if we lose then it's back to square one. srsmithusa
Hard not to keep the same line-up, but I worry a bit about how many miles they put in last night and a quick turnaround.
ferguson1
Have to start with the same team otherwise it sends out a poor message! Put a real shift in and you play, simple as that: Bunn Bacuna Okore Lescott Cissokho Westwood Gana Gil Veretout Ayew Kozak Shame looks like Vardy being back. Wonder if playing 24 hours earlier than Leicester will go in our favour though? If we play with the same intensity and spirit then 2-1 to us. Czechlad
Leicester aren't exactly struggling, but they haven't won in a few. If they really think of themselves as top 4 or even champions, then they got to start winning again. This might put pressure on them to get a result. I think this favors us. They need a win and are fully expected to win.

JB
Would be SO typical of Villa to raise hopes, however slightly, and then bring them crashing down again. With that in mind, I predict a 4-1 loss
a m ole
I predict another Villa win, just to put us within touching distance and give us enough that we can be crushed on the last day of the season.
Czechlad
We will likely lose, but I think it'll be really close. Much like the first time we played Leicester. Hopefully not as heart breaking.
Wainy316
We certainly owe them one.

AdamVilla
Would love us to bring the smug Leicester fan I sit next to at work back down to earth. Although our standing £20 wager on who finishes higher is at risk!

Still possible I guess.
