For me i would like:

-----------------------Marshall-----------------------------------

----------Okore-------Elphick---------Baker------------------

M.Phillips-------------------------------------------------Amavi

-------------Jedinak/Westwood------Veretout/Gardner----

----------------------Grealish/Knockaert----------------------

---------------Gestede/Bamford----Ayew/N.Wells----------

Squad: Steer, Clark, Toner, Bennett, Hutton, Lyden, Traore, Hepburn-Murphy

Out: Gana, Bacuna, Lescott, Richards, Gabby, Sinclair, Kozak, Guzan, Bunn

Andy Marshall? Bit old isn't he?;)

Don't need two strikers (unless Ayew leaves). Definitely need a new keeper. And midfield. And right back. And central defen etc etc

Isn't there a strong chance that Ayew and Gestede will go to the African Nations Cup?  I think we will need a couple of strikers to cope even if they stay, especially as Gestede is dogshit.

Not sure why everyone keeps drafting teams with Veretout and Westwood in them.

Both are absolute passengers who should be moved on. You need energy and grit in the championship, both have neither.

You'll be disappointed.

I imagine both will feature heavily next season.

(and fwiw, I think both will do well for us at that level)

As far as I can see Kozak and Gabby will both be leaving and hopefully we'll get shot of Sinclair.

An upcomer like Andre Green is more a wide player in a 4-3-3 as is Ayew ideally of course.

We certainly need two new strikers.

Nothing wrong with Westwood's "energy" - I think he'll be decent at Championship level.  Likewise Veretout.

(slight lol at needing "grit")

The team I want to see next season...

------------------- New GK -------------------

New RB - New CB - Elphick - Amavi
          Sanchez - Veretout

Adama --------- Grealish -----------Ayew

                   Benteke

Read on a rumours site (take as pinch of salt) not sure if it's been in any papers at all that we apparently want Nathan Dyer (Swansea) who was on loan at Leicester last season as has fell out with Swansea.

He would be a good addition if we were interested.

Been watching season review videos on youtube from Ron Atkinson, Little, Gregory eras. We used to use 3-5-2 all the time and we played it beautifully in those days. If we could sign the players to suit that system I wouldn't be too averse to it.

Juventus have been doing fine lately adopting the 3-5-2 in most games. You have just got to have good full backs

James Chester playing excellently for Wales in this tournament in their 3-5-2.

He dosen't like Pulis playing him at RB so could be open for a move.

Would enquire about him, him and Elphick I'd be happy with as a combo. Clark is slightly better in a 3 aswell.

Isn't Chester on the small side, if we sign Elphick who is only 5'0 we will have two small CB in the team and I would worry about being undone at crosses and set plays. As a back up/alternative plan if Elphick transfer doesn't happen then maybe a good idea.

You really want to keep Sanchez?

Yeah I would. I rate him. Think he needs the right manager though to tell him his only job is to be an anchor and break up play, nothing more.

I could anchor and break up play.

Sanchez, Westwood and Veretout aren't good enough. They've shown it time and time again.
Time to get rid and move on.
