So based on all the Twitter bollocks Aston Villa are set to spend another £100 million buying up every good player that would drop down to this division just so our rivals can't have them.. I mean we have been linked to like 12 players today.

Indeed, this was posted yesterday but today he doesn't want to drop to the Championship. Its just somebody making stuff up

Despite interest from Burnley, Middlesbrough winger Albert Adomah reportedly wants to join Aston Villa #Boro #AVFC

However frustrating when these turn out to be complete fabrications i must admit i do enjoy seeing a new name linked to us.

Nothing, but you can do that without spending 55m quid.

Leicester showed you can win the premier league on the cheap, don't see many other big clubs taking the same approach.

We're giving ourselves the best chance, if we can afford it, what's the problem?

Thanks for the usages from JulieB. With The Doctor missing, she's the next best thing for ITK titbits.

Agent Dave is disappointed in your lack of faith

How do we know we can afford it? We thought we could afford it with Lerner. It all seems hunky dory at the time but when shit hits the fan, it's awful.

All we can realistically do right now is hope it doesn't hit the fan at all and try and enjoy the present though?

We've all been hurt before. But assuming that it's going to turn out the same again with no basis for that belief ultimately undermines our current potential for happiness. Being realistic requires that you give the positive outcomes equal weight to those negative outcomes, as right now they're all equally possible.

If your ex left you for another bloke called Bazza, and you start seeing a new girl, why would you assume she's going to leave you for another bloke called Bazza too? She might, but it's not because the first girl did, and she might not and you have a long happy relationship.

Relax, try to let yourself trust, and we can all grow together.

Why would you worry about something that might happen in a few years based on nothing at all?

It's okay pal, you're safe here. Bazza can't hurt you anymore.
