He's put in more crosses than any other player again, but how many of them were even half-decent? Ayew great, Veretout great, Gana okay. Gil a tad disappointing when he came on, Westwood capable but indecisive. Ayew excellent but faded second half, Vertout very good again, Lescott continues to improve, barely a foot wrong, and good all round display from Gana. Westwood poor, the only player to rarely risk a forward pass. Gil poor going both ways, so surely Traore has nudged ahead of him now, should have had 20-30 minutes not 10. 'Let's see how the keeper can save this one'. Disappointing. Some positives, but we just didn't have the belief to put the ball in the net.
