Grasshopper
10 + would be fantastic 8+ really good 7 very good 6 good 5 acceptable 4 & and less not enough i'd take 6/7 now 5 is the minimum which is what I think we'll get ideally we need to beat Newcastle & Norwich But If we draw against both but make a points gain on 4 out of Swansea, Norwich, Sunderland, Newcastle & Bournemout till the new year I'd take that. AvfcTheObsession
5 points. Beat Norwich, draw against Newcastle and West Ham. Doubt that return would get us any closer to safety than we are now. We need 2 or 3 wins this month.

benireduk
Can't see anything from Southampton and Arsenal, but we need at least two wins from the following three games. 7pts from December would be acceptable for me.
sharkyvilla
I went to see Saints play Stoke a couple of weeks ago and was surprised how flat they were, albeit Mane was only on the bench that day. Stoke did a proper job on them. The key is cutting out suicidal defensive mistakes as I think Garde can get us pretty effective going forward. I hope we could get 9 or so points but that's optimistic.

VillaChris
If we're going to have any hope of staying we're going to need at least 4 points from Newcastle and Norwich. I'd also say there's a good opportunity now to beat West Ham with the injuries they're getting to their good forwards, that was one of the games we won to stay up last season anyway. To have a chance of staying up we need 7 points as the table would start to look better and we'd close the gap to a few above us. Realistically I'd say 4 and still a slow death.
