We want to go the last week of July. Budget is about £1500 for me, the mrs and 2 kids.We are quite well travelled and we have booked flights and hotels many times before prior to having kids but we have never booked a family package holiday before. KHV Posted November 11, 2015 Share Posted November 11, 2015 I went to Hurghada last year booked a week before I went and saved £400 and me and the missus got £800 off our all inclusive in Turkey as we booked 2 days before we left that was in July. Egypt was Thomas Cook and Turkey was with Thompson. The only problem with going really late is that if you have a resort in mind you probably won't get it so my advice is if you are leaving it late then look and book on the same day great deals can be had and if your lucky like us you may find top resorts with big discounts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
