If you mean do I think it's going to happen, yes absolutely I believe so. If you means in terms of his suitability of otherwise I honestly haven't a clue. I don't follow French football in the slightest, seemingly though this summer it emerged we've a few resident experts Personally he wouldn't be my preferred choice, Moyes (after missing out on Fat Sam)would have been but I don't doubt they've made enquires on that front and not received encouragement. Garde is a big gamble and a brave call. I find it a little concerning that we have such a lack of experience across the club. Almstadt, Fox, Garde and Reilly are all lacking experience in the roles they hold or in Garde's case potentially holds. I don't think that is healthy although Inat least credit Lerner with trying to instill some sort of football structure even if it is about 9 years too late. I still firmly believe our squad is better than our results and position suggest, almost anyone coming in would get more out of them than Sherwood managed. So let's hope Garde gets enough out of them to survive what I've read about him over the last week or so is certainly encouraging as is the regard he is held in by Wenger but then I need not remind anyone of Fergie and that letter.... 9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
