Moyes

replace a poor manager with a manager doing as shit a job at his current club

Real Sociedad are much better team than 16th in La Liga and should be at least top 8

So you'd rule out Mourinho?

I'd like Mourinho if Chelsea sack him, but of course that's pretty unrealistic. In fact, going by the recent links to the likes of Bradley, McInnes and Warburton, I get the feeling that whoever takes over, it's going to be pretty underwhelming.

I've had it with British managers with a limited understanding of football philosophies. Moyes did well at Everton, but football has changed and he has not. He has one style of play and no other ideas. He was quickly found out in Spain and now he can't win at home and struggles to get his side to scoring, which is all to familiar. He will be a big improvement on Sherwood and he will probably get results here and there, but over time I don't think we will progress.

That being said, I've got no clue who I would want.
