As for Doumbia Newcastle's first choice is clearly Berahino but they will take him if that is all they can get. I wish him well should he sign for them rather than for us on that basis (not). Although these two havent set the world alight here, they are at least two regular senior players of the squad. Unless we have players better than these two lined up then it would be stupid to get rid of them as that would leave us with just Clark and Okore at CB and Hutton and possibly Debuchy at RB. It shows what the rest of the league thinks of us when the likes of Sunderland feel they can put in a cheeky bid for our current captain. I'm sure Remi's response to a bid from Big Sam would have been "I fart in your general direction!
