villa89 Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Might as well start an all consuming League Cup thread to document our rampaging run to the League Cup final where we'll be pummelled by one of the 'Sky 4'. The second round draw is on tonight after the Doncaster V Leeds game. SHA at home please.
lmarsha_926 Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) Draw is seeded and with a lot of teams who finished ahead of Blues last season being out last season it is unlikely they wont be seeded Edit Confirmation Edited August 13, 2015 by lmarsha_926 1
TrentVilla Posted August 13, 2015 Moderator Posted August 13, 2015 Forest away please. What? Walsall did what?
Hev Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Are there seven prem teams missing - those involved (or were in West Ham's case) in Europe? That will mean 31 clubs going into the next round? How does that work - surely we need 32 teams to keep the numbers correct? I am confused!
VILLAMARV Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 As there are 2 pots of teams and its a one leg tie how do they work out home/away sides in this one?

BOF Posted August 13, 2015 Moderator Posted August 13, 2015 Maybe there's a 3rd pot for venue? *shrug*
Hev Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Yes, I just realised, I forgot Liverpool in my thinking - that's straightened that out now - thanks

Popular Post dont_do_it_doug. Posted August 13, 2015 Popular Post Posted August 13, 2015 Seeding in a straight up cup competition? Absolute bullshit. The day they introduce seeding to The FA Cup is the day I storm the gates of the FA. 5
villa89 Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) Draw is seeded Thanks I didn't know this. Has it always been seeded for the second round? Edited August 13, 2015 by villa89

Khizzy Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) So are we going to see the seeded teams play at home? Or has that not been specified anywhere? Edited August 13, 2015 by Khizzy
