Rudy Gestede is on his way to West Brom

Honestly, why on earth Pulis thinks that's a good idea god only knows. He's nowhere near good enough for a mid table premier league side. 

Can't control, can't hold it up, can't pass, can't shoot. Will win the occasional header, which will normally go to the opposition. Will score the occasional goal with his head, but when was the last time you saw him attack anything in the box with conviction? 

I'll be astounded if it happens, particularly if we get actual money for him.

They will supply crosses for him, whereas we don't so he is pointless in our team.

Gestede seems like a perfect fit for Pulis, and the way his team play. I also happen to believe we too still could have some use for Gestede, but then again I'm not against a better replacement, which shouldn't be all that hard to find.

He's a very poor player and I'm surprised a Premier League side is after him. I know Pulis loves a long ball game but Gestede is really poor at holding it up, I doubt he'll achieve much there.

The thing is, he'll probably thrive on those excellent crosses that Phillips puts in. He'll be a back-up for Rondon, and is not totally dissimilar, although obviously inferior.

They cross the ball well. Gestede would score goals for them. As a back up he wouldn't be too bad for them.

I like the guy and it would be a shame if he left. He hasn't pulled up any trees but has a good attitude- unlike some of the players last season. At least he had the decency to go to the fans at the end of the season at Arsenal.
