PaulC
It would be nice to get a win here and not to have to worry about getting anything from our last game. I see no reason why we can't beat them. They have overachieved this season.
troon_villan
Crap early KO sucks for me I know it's rubbish. 12:45 ko where I stay. Rubbish.
Rodders
score draw I think - can't see us winning three in a row or southampton losing three in a row. I think we should play well and have a good game, and it wouldn't surprise me if we did win, but got a feeling saints will end their losing run all the same. VillaChris
Crap early KO sucks for me We haven't had that many this season in fairness, a few half 5 kick offs but not too many lunchtime games from memory.

heid3ster
They are apparently playing Gazzaniga in goal. Delph, Cleverley, Westwood and Grealish (Benteke too) should all be given instructions to pepper the goal from 30 yards out, something's bound to go in.
HanoiVillan
Expecting this to be a decent footballing game. Saints' approach should (dare I say) suit us more than West Ham as we tend to play better against teams who come right at us. Always tough down there though and they don't tend to lose many on the south coast. They will want to get a win in their last home game so to not go out on a damp squid in what has been (overall) an excellent season. Same team for me, keeping Nzogbia in for Gabby. Don't expect us to win down there but think we can cause some problems. The good thing about having Benteke and Grealish is that they both offer two different approaches for our attacking play. Grealish's flair brings our midfielders into play and gives us more threat. Go get 'em Tim and let's hope Spurs turn up against Hull. I'm picturing their miserable players despondently trudging to the harbour and riding their cephalopods into the sunset after the game.
Kingman
Is that the same as 4.5 / 1? Yep If its on betfair then no as it includes your stake in the returns. Example of 1unit stakes… High street bookies = 4.5 - 9/2 will return 5.5 - 11/2 with stake. Betfair = 3.5 - 7/2 + stake will return 4.5 - 9/2 Better off with the high street price returning 5.5 = 11/2 including 1unit stake. PaulC
I don't think Betfair sportsbook or exchange include the stake in the returns but the exchange do take commision on your winnings. 5.3 on villa so that would return £21.50 on a £5 stake less 6% I think plus your stake. Betfair normally have the best prices. Edited May 15, 2015 by PaulC
MrSmirch
I think BT will be doing a piece on our academy in the pre show bit, they may not but i can't remember villa being on the early kick off and i know they've done one for Southampton already. robby b
They are in a weird place right now. They appear to have lost their legs a bit, they've not won in 4 and we will be looking for the kill. Will be interesting to see how we go about that with a *little* bit of the pressure off. I think a point and we will guarantee safety with it. I doubt there's a Villa fan on earth who wouldn't take that. I wouldn´t take that. That´s because a point will not guarantee safety. I won´t be surprised if Hull beat Spurs and then if we´ve only drawn we´ll suddenly be right back in big trouble again. On one hand teams tend to try hard to win their last home game of the season but on the other hand do Spurs want to qualify for the Europa Leauge?
