why would he go to bayern? They arnt getting rid of pep. Not even city will pay peps wages. Quick google says hes on 24mil$ a year. With PeLOLgrini on 5.75mil$

Doesnt he want to take a year out of management aswell?

For some reason, the prospect of Klopp at Arsenal scares me much more than him taking over at City.

and me, they seem like a very natural fit off the field, and to be fair i like klopp and see arsenal as the lesser of the evils up there so would be quite happy with that

seen this morning west ham fans trying to get a campaign together to urge porn dwarf to get him in... because he "fancies another project"...

why wouldnt they? If they dont at least get to Champions League final he has failed. He has turned one of footballs great entertaining sides into the most boring team in the world to watch. 3 Champions League finals in 4 seasons before he arrived

OK, I'll bite.

You make it sound like they wasnt expecting pep to play this style. Thats exactly why they signed him to play "boring football" and it wont be a reason if they sack him. Just unlucky they got injuries to key players for game against porto. Im sure they will destroy them next leg

Football is all about opinions Zatman for me keep ball in the mode that Lambert played (ie no goals and no chances) is boring but keep ball, whilst scoring goals and controlling the game entirely is art in my opinion.

Not saying Bayern are "art" this year not really seen enough of them but the point still stands I think.

for me its devastatingly boring and negative combined with a shit defence which has been destroyed by Real last year and Porto and Wolfsburg in recent months says to me Guardiola is nowhere near as successful as Heynckes was

So negative they've scored over 100 goals in a season?

C'mon Zatman, you can call it boring alls you like, but it's hardly negative.

You should be blaming the teams that sit back so deep they don't provide space, Bayern don't pass it about for a laugh, they do it to try and open up spaces where there aren't any.

If teams came out more, their matches would be more entertaining.

its pretty negative if ask me, its grand putting your 7 and 8s past lesser teams in Bundesliga but against the better teams they play a negative boring passing style. Maybe if they didnt rip apart their rivals they would have more competition at home who would come out and play them

was the same at Barcelona, at the end he tried to implement this boring football and if you didnt like it apparently you dont get football

the problem I have is the top teams dictate how a lot of other teams play, If Bayern win the Champions League playing tippy tappy crap then you will see other teams try the same system and it kills the enjoyment of the game

was like when Mourinho played 451 at start for Chelsea, he won the league and next season about 10 teams copied it and made some awful negative football games

lol football is still around and entertaining even after barca won it playing "tippy tappy crap boring negative" football. You will not see all other teams do it because theyre not good enough to do it. Dont worry, direct kick and rush football will always be around in england and entertaining for you so you wont lose your enjoyment whilst foreign teams carry on being the dominant teams.

**** yeah, I wanna see a 4-4-2 formation, a winger getting to the byline, putting in a floating cross and a 6'5 giant leaping above everyone to head it straight at the post.

Tippy-tappy stuff can do one!

In all seriousness, I'd be so bored being a Barcelona fan, that style of football doesn't appeal to me at all. I know they score lots of goals, but because they dominate the ball so much it's just boring. It's amazing, but boring.

It's like watching Klitschko defend his title, he's a winner, he does everything right, a true professional, but so boring to watch.
