In a fit of madness, I decided to enter this year's R4 Brain of Britain quiz, and (after a telephone 'audition' of 20 or so questions) got accepted. So if anybody wants to hear a VTer on the radio, my heat is broadcast tomorrow (Mon Mar 2), 3.00 pm, BBC Radio 4. Repeated 11.00 pm next Saturday (Mar 7), and on the iPlayer for (I think) 30 days.
