Bloody flat earth fish anyway, there's a part that is doubled up between Russia and Alaska which clearly makes the world round!

Also, how do fish know that there is a huge desert in the middle of Africa or indeed a middle to Australia? I don't think this map has been drawn by fish at all... :suspect:

Genuinely absurd nonsense. 'School #10' (it doesn't even have a name! :crylaugh:) serves approximately 3 billion people while the UK has a school to itself. Also, does it really make sense for people in Laos and New Zealand to go to the same school? Or Norway and Macedonia? Also appears that Italy and Afghanistan are uniquely non-magical countries. Baffling.

And Greece.

Quiz of English counties:

https://www.buzzfeed.com/benarmson90/there-are-50-european-countries-and-ill-be-impres?utm_source=dynamic&utm_campaign=bfsharetwitter&bfsource=bfocompareon&quiz_result=124476496_370320446#124476496&rid=370320446

I got them all right, to my surprise (something is broken with the 'East Riding of Yorkshire' answer, where even if you click it, it will tell you you're wrong, but all the others are good).

Just put that in the generic virus thread. Perhaps it would be more apt in here. Apologies for the duplication. (My tablet struggles with it a bit). Some genome mutation tracker maps and stuff.

There's sometimes a fine line between interesting and arcane.

My little tablet thingy is struggling with that one (as is my brain with the genomic epidemiology bit!)

But some rather nice data vis stuff there if anyone is interested or any of vt's medical community want to track biometric mutations. And how they've been tracked spreading around the world.

Perhaps one for the interesting maps thread

Didn't know there were that many Welsh people in Ireland!

That was my first take! Then I decided it was probably me reading too much in to it.

It’s a bit of a basic graphic Illustration fail that.
