They are now 13th on 13 points. Good managers can get teams with lesser quality players to play better than the sum of their parts. They can deal with the loss of talented individuals by organisation, smart tactics and making the team better. You can't ignore this! Its about organisation, you don't have to have a team like Barcelona to stay out of the bottom three.
