Real Madrid have played 37 games this season and scored in 34 of them.   The 3 games they have failed to score in were all in the Vicente Calderon.

Lost 1-0 in the Supercopa (Spanish equivalent of the community shield) lost 2-0 in the Copa del Rey and lost 4-0 in the league

credit to Spurs though they score a lot of late goals. great character

it's not character, it's fitness. it was mentioned during commentary that despite the amount of games they have played, they have had very little injuries.

whatever they are doing during training, it is working and is probably setting a new standard in English football.

i would say its a mix of both. The last time a team scored so many late goals was when Fergie at United

Phwooar glad they highlighted that incident with Pearson on MOTD and basically called him a wierdo. What was that all about? Comes off as a right bellend

Yeah, I thought that. It's one thing to show a bit of fight and quite another to act like a belligerent prick. Grabbing the player round the throat should earn him a hefty fine, and well deserved too.

Yeah I thought that too. His post match interview was a bit weird too. Dunno if he's just feeling the pressure or is just a strange individual.

The way he talks makes Paul lambert sound like martin Luther king.

James MacArthur and Albrighton had a bit of a coming together. MacArthur went down and his momentum took him into Pearson, who had his back to the pitch at the time, and MacArthur and Pearson ended up in a heap on the floor. Pearson was first to his feet, but rather than helping MacArthur up he seemed to be holding him down and at one point appeared to put his hand round MacArthur's throat. MacArthur got up and tried to get back into the pitch but Pearson wouldn't let go of his shirt, and in the end the fourth official had to go over and prise Pearson's hand open. After the match the interviewer asked Pearson about it, and Pearson said some odd stuff about being able to take care of himself. It was all a bit unsavoury - the original thing was an accident, but you wonder if something was said while the two were on the floor.

Brilliant free kick by Milner. He's such a good player. He's really coming into his own in this City squad now.

Sad thing is he was still only a sub for this game even though he's been really good for City this season.

Free kick was exactly the one he scored for us v Everton a few seasons back in that 3-3, lovely technique.
