dont_do_it_doug.
They bummed us at the KingPro stadium or whatever it's called and have had some decent results lately! Take your blinkers off people. Bummed us? That was about the single worst villa performance of Lambert's reign, it would take some going for us to be near as bad again. We still could have nicked a point from it! They are shit. This is a great draw.
kidlewis
so losing in the final we would get 2.6m not taking into account ticket sales shared from home matches and total revenue from food and drink etc. wasn't gill 3.2m? so basically the board will be hoping not only for a decent run, but as many home games as possible. This will be our third so really good for us.
Ponky
I wonder if Randy will turn up if we get to Wembley.
maqroll
I wonder if Randy will turn up if we get to Wembley. Hopefully by that point we'll have finished the season around 12th place and Randy is sitting next to our next chairman.
Delphinho123
If we do these lot and one of United/Liverpool/Arsenal fail to progress, I'll start to believe.
Vincenzo
Got a feeling we will have to beat Man Utd along the way to ever win the FA cup again. It's like because we beat the Busby babes to deny them the double in 1957 we're being punished for it We haven't beaten them since in the FA cup... Could this be the year? How many times have we met them since 57 in the cup? 6 times
mattyvilla
Didnt they reduce our ticket allocation at their place due to safety concerns , id be in favour of doing the same to them , cant stand the thought of 6k of them at villa park
Ads
No, we had the full 3300. I can't see them bringing 6,000. They only brought 1800 the other week,
Richard
We are in the fifth round FFS and with a decent chance of making the quarter final. This qualifies as a great cup run for us!
Stevo985 Posted January 27, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted January 27, 2015 The game we've just won was a harder fixture than this one, imo.
Kingman
We are in the fifth round FFS and with a decent chance of making the quarter final. This qualifies as a great cup run for us! It will be a good cup run (IF) we win the next 2 games, Struggling past a depleted Blackpool side & Limping past Bournemouths second string is certainly not. Thats the reality of it! Mantis
We didn't "limp" past Bournemouth. Yeah we were poor in the first half but it was a pretty comfortable victory on the whole. By the way, when is the date for this going to be confirmed? Really hoping it's a Sunday.
