grobs
Massive chance to win the cup for teams like us now!
vivahate
0-0 Surely us winning would be an upset?
bradarmstrong_
Have to put ourselves in the next round after today's results.
AVTuco Posted January 24, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted January 24, 2015 (edited) Well the good news is that is looks like there'll be bigger upsets in the cup!!! Hopefully boro and Bradford hold onto leads against citeh and Chelsea!!! Both out of the cup, along with spudzzz and Swansea. Good motivation to get through! Yes, and these other upsets may also take some pressure off our team, which we'll hopefully use to our advantage. The Fun Factory
Christ, they're falling like ninepins. The cups there to be won this season. Love this attitude. Come on the Villa, don't be a failure all the time! Just need to win this, get a decent draw next round, and have Arsenal v Liverpool/United. Easy.
supernova26
Yes great chance for us now with a lot of the big guns falling....and we should be on alert after what happened today. Hopefully we can carry on this theme of shocking FA Cup results and win this match.
Villa87
We are shit but you never know if we win this and get a good draw next round then we could find ourselves in with a real chance of getting to Wembley! However, with it being the Villa - we will screw this up.
Jimzk5
Imagine if we win and we get Bradford in the draw.
Honest bunch of lads
Got to echo what others have said - we've got a lower league team at home for a place in the last 16, with the Prem's top 3 out of the comp. Granted we haven't been playing well but still a great opportunity.
KJT123
Wow, the online ticket thing is saying there are loads of empty seats for this one. Under 20k?
The Fun Factory
Wow, the online ticket thing is saying there are loads of empty seats for this one. Under 20k? Probably under 15k Villa fans but with 5-6K bournemouth it will be probably be another 20-21k attendance. Unless there is a stampede for tickets on match day. NoelVilla
Just saw that this is on TV over here. That is a guarantee for a boring 0-0 draw with B'mouth dominating. Happy positive days!

Brumstopdogs
Bournemouth have confirmed they have sold 5,800 tickets for this so good turn out from them. I just hope we try something different tomorrow and not the usual defensive midfield overload!

Mantis
What sort of football do Bournemouth play? If they go direct and pump balls into the box then I think we're **** with Given in goal.

Passing with plenty of movement. They're supposed to be good going forward but not that good at the back.

Passing with plenty of movement. They're supposed to be good going forward but not that good at the back. I think we'll be able to deal with that. As I said, it's the high balls into the box I worry about.
