No, you can't knock up a multiple incident complex terror attack in 12 hours. It may be claimed as retaliation but this will have been in the planning and preparation stage for a while. Multiple coordinated attacks are the Jihadi signature, possible suicide bomber... It's not wild speculation to conclude this is some flavour of Jihadi op', but which flavour and from where is of course impossible to say yet. You'd stake your last penny it's an Islamic terror attack, given the style, where it comes from is impossible to say ATM. Given the history, though, the smart money is on home grown radicals because that is the al Qaeda trademark in the last 10 years, inspire people to take up the fight under a brand name in essence.
