Scott Sinclair

He was offering nothing today because Sherwood set up the team badly, his position was redundant as Gil/Grealish were operating behind a lone striker and balls stopped at the half way line and were then hopefully booted high forward.

He shouldn't have been subbed, he should have taken Gabby's place or played more centrally.

Sinclair would have stood no chance winning any of the high balls that were fed into Gabby the first half. Maybe behind Rudy in the second half, then he may have been more effective.

There was so much space , from a villa point of view , between Gabby and other villa player we was never going to create from high balls into to him , the midfield was to deep and the wingers were .......well fukc knows where they were

He is gutless player and no player I hate more. He not know its a **** derby

But you'd decided that before he even joined.  Of all the dogturd tonight it's strange to pick on him as he is surrounded by a midfield that has contributed nothing and two other forwards who are crap.  Get Grealish and Gil on to support Sinclair up top and we may have some movement and creativity.

If darren bent and nzogbia created a child, it would be sinclair.

-quite good movement in the box to score tap ins
-runs into defenders all the time and doesnt get his head up when on the ball
-anonymous and its like playing with 10 men for the rest of the game

Maybe not much good today, but still our leading goalscorer. He has a lot of skill and pace, although his vision and physical size maybe limit him a bit. He's frustrating, because in many ways he's just a couple of skills away from being a truly great player. Some of the tricks and passes he pulls of are wonderful to watch, and I put him in the group of our best attacking players along with Grealish, Traore, Ayew and Gil.
