Bunnski Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 We are gonna be without Cleverley and Richardson next week so who would people like to see play in midfield? I'd like to see Okore push up into the DMF role and have Sanchez and Delph in front of him. Play Vlaar and Clark at the back.
foreveryoung Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 We will roll over and have our bellies tickled for this one, we won't even try, they are to good for us, standard! It'll be the game Man United look amazing, because we will let them play that way. 3
villianusa Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 (edited) A change of tactics are need. 532 going into the next game Guzan Okore Vlaar Clark Bacuna Cissokho Sanchez Delph Grealish Gabby Benteke I think it make us a little harder to break down and allow our forwards to be forwards. A goal every 144 minutes this seasons isn't good enough. Edited December 14, 2014 by villianusa
roonst83 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 A change of tactics are need. 532 going into the next game Guzan Okore Vlaar Clark Hutton Cissokho Cleverly Sanchez Delph Gabby Benteke I think it make us a little harder to break down and allow our forwards to be forwards. A goal every 144 minutes this seasons isn't good enough. Cleverly is ineligible due to him being on loan. I expect to see that team but with Weimann or Nzogbia in place of Cleverly. Would love to see Grealish start - may as well seeing as Lambert will only set us out to sit back and wait for Utd to inevitably score.
kevpants Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Think we'll beat them. Okore to get his first goal for us. He deserves it. And as we know with football, you always get what you deserve and things always work out for the best.
flamingsombrero Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 (edited) It's to the point where we might as well forfeit this one each season to give us extra prep time for the week ahead. Will we; A: Look good but come up short B: Storm it and get **** at the end C: **** up at the start so they can have a nice nap for the rest of the 90 D: Get destroyed The only thing more inevitable than the 0pts is that their word removed fans will be on the pitch, AGAIN!! Swansea please... Edited December 13, 2014 by flamingsombrero 2
heid3ster Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 We are screwed. Hutton is suspended (five yellows). Richardson and Cleverley both unavailable -- I'm not a huge fan of either but it does leave us short in central midfield with Westwood also out. I expect nothing from this game.
AValon Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Grealish may just get a run-out for this one?
dakid007 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Guzan Okore vlaar clark cissokho Bacuna Sanchez delph gabby Grealish Benteke
Kingman Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Can we not just play the Swansea game instead. 2
Vincenzo Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 (edited) Just like me when playing poker...never get any good luck Still hope one day that will change, will it be this Saturday for Villa? Edited December 14, 2014 by Vincenzo

Xela Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 We'll get destroyed in this game as usual. 3-0 to Man Ure
VillaChris Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 James Wilson will score a hattrick in 15 minutes or something. Think we'll go 3-5-2 in this aswell, at least attempt to make a game of it. I'd bring in Bacuna and just tell him to run around and chase Rooney all over the pitch.
VILLAMARV Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Id like to see this: Guzan Lowton Okore Clarke Cissoko Sanchez Delph Bacuna Grealish Agbonlahor Benteke 1
Popular Post The Fun Factory Posted December 14, 2014 Popular Post Posted December 14, 2014 Bosnich Charles Southgate Ehiogu McGrath Wright Taylor Draper Townsend Milosevic Yorke 3-1 Villa. 9
Chewie Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Just watched the Man Utd V Liverpool game. Now we all know Liverpool aren't having the best of seasons, but Utd just seemed to be in cruise control the entire game. De Gea was outstanding and I just cannot see how we'll be able to put one past him with our scoring record. I hate to be pessimistic but I think we are going to get absolutely overrun in midfield and our defence is just going to get unlocked time and time again. 4-0 Man Utd i'm afraid.
coda Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 They're an unbalanced side with a shaky defence. Liverpool had a lot of chances today. We'll lose.
