Stupid red card from Richardson.

Gardner is a word removed.

Benteke was dreadful, had no interest at all.

We won two shit teams in a row but couldn't quite get the third one. Such an incredibly frustrating team.

That pretty much ruined my Saturday.

Okore MOTM

Delph did well.

Everyone else, pretty awful.

Huge opportunity wasted, I don't know why I bother with this sometimes.

Man Utd next, yay

Poor result but one that shouldn't hide the fact we have, perhaps surprisingly, shown a few signs of progress recently. Can't really blame the team or the manager for the madness of Richardson, who I'm afraid to say looks like the player many feared we had signed.

What is annoying is the air of predictability of it all. Going into the game five games unbeaten against a Baggies side with poor home form. Football eh.. Typical!

Really bad game for us.  Cleverley is just so average and is no better than KEA.  Benteke had a mare.  The defence played well again I thought especially the centre backs and Sanchez had a good game. Okore is a beast and really stood out.  Delph was the only midfielder that looked like making anything happen in attack. We really missed Westwood today.

Don't think we would have won that even if Richardson wasn't sent off.

I couldn't say that with any degree of certainty. It's a derby, so anything can happen. The first 20 minutes didn't really reflect how the rest of the game could have panned out, had Richardson not been sent off. The game might have settled down and anything could have happened.

One positive: The win for baggies should keep Irvine in a job a bit longer, and they're worse than shit. One scrappy goal against ten men for 70 minutes. I wouldn't be happy if I was a baggies fan.
