Still quite remarkable that we are the fifth most successful club in English football despite almost 20 years of winning nothing. As Zatman said despite how crap it’s been lately I wouldn't want to support any other club. As I waited for everyone to get off two guys on the platform saw the Villa badge on my coat. The one said to the other in a sneering way "oh look a Villa fan" the other one replied "well someone has to be" I looked at them and said the only thing I ever say in response. "Yep Villa and proud of it" We might not be where we want to be right now. But we are a footballing institution. We should never apologise for the club we follow and neither would I ever want to.
