Stevo985 Posted November 20, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted November 20, 2014 I love christmas, but if anyone has their decorations up now then you need to have a word with yourself.
AVFC_Hitz
I was in a shopping centre yesterday, doing my usual thing of hiding in a toyshop and grinning at jigsaw puzzles. They had all their decorations up. I was a bit miffed so I punched a bottle of shampoo.
villaajax
The guy at the end of my road covers his house and garden in lights and light up stuff for Christmas, it's just the brightest most tacky thing you've seen. The people that live around him actually put a petition together last year for him to stop it, and the year before I believe.

Eames
I don't put cranberry on my meals. It solely belongs in a sandwich. And even then only with meat AND cheese. I have just eaten what I expect will prove to be the best sandwich I will ever eat. 1/2 wholemeal baguette (warm) butter hot roast turkey brie cranberry sauce sausagemeat stuffing pigs in blankets
JoshVilla
I must admit that I do rather like Xmas. I hate the overcrowded shopping centres and supermarkets (especially supermarkets). I don't like how angry, stressed and impatient people get, and I understand that it has, essentially, become one big money making opportunity as opposed to a season of goodwill. However, I try to ignore those things and enjoy the nicer side of it. I like being indoors, beside the fireplace and the tree with a cuppa when it's cold outside. It's the time of year when I get to watch Elf and a few other classics. And, as has already been mentioned, making sandwiches made from the leftover Turkey/Beef/Gammon is king.
