If you look at his CV basically he has only done well for about 3 years at Norwich. The rest is mediocre to awful. Herd also only made 9 appearances tha season..Looks like it was put together by someone who never actually watched us The fact we had Holman, Herd and Baker in the 11 at all is a good reason we got absolutely spanked that day, but it was far from our strongest side, and they certainly didn't play in those positions,. Yeah, that was a 5-2-3 or as it was known back then, a cram as many shit defenders into the backline to make our defence a little better-2-3. But focusing on that instead of the fact that we did name those eleven players for a match (and almost all of them were regulars) is sort of missing the point. That squad was abysmal.
