the excorcist still scares the shit out of me.

This is a movie you have to watch from beginning to end in one go, to catch the anxious wibe it has all the way through. As Villa fans I predict most of you like it.

I hate this.

--------------

Apocalypse Now.

Withnail & I.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Lost in Translation.

Jules et Jim.

Persona.

North by Northwest.

Fargo.

Blade Runner.

Pan's Labyrinth.

I think over the last year and a bit a few of those have slipped out of favour. Time to re-assess!

Utterly impossible for me to choose a ten but 12 Angry Men still remains top of the pile.

Still the same for me :)

Daisies
A Report on the Party and the guests
Days of Heaven
Stranger Than Paradise
Hausu
Picnic at Hanging Rock
Rope
The Cremator
12 Angry men

The Mirror

Mulholland Drive

The Spirit of the Beehive

Of those only Mulholland Drive and Mirror would be in my top ten now, possibly Hausu as well. Still like all the others a lot, although can't recall much about Stranger Than Paradise, must have watched it not long before writing that list as I often feel the movies that I've recently watched are one of my favorites.
