They're a big fish in every finals tournament, and if anyone was capable from those 4 it would be England. That just seems to be their rank in the grand scheme when the polished big hitters come to the fore. Semis will be made up from the usual suspects. The match against Russia looked like XI players who barely played with one another. That creates huge issues when you come against a team that is organized and defensively solid.
