He made his debut against Liverpool correct? If so, the only game he hasn't played in is the Man Utd game. bully Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 I don't think we have played him in an advanced midfield role which is where I expected him to play and would have thought was his best position. In fact I am not totally sure what position he is asked to play, but that's for another thread/debate. That said, on all evidence to date, I wouldn't pay two bob for him but if we cant afford fees of £2.5 million we wont get anyone better either. What a dilemma!!! No manager/club would ever agree to any clause in any contract that states that a player has to start every game if fit. Most (all?) loans usually have some recall clause in them somewhere so it's not really a surprise Man Utd. can recall him in January (if true).
