The rest of the ground looks full, it's just the area immediately in front on the cameras in the sun that are empty. Considering the temperature I'm not surprised. According to our commentators some of the empty seats are people standing higher up in the stands to avoid the sun. That doesn't sound like the fire chief would approve though. Also it seems dubious to me that 15 minutes further exertion in heat like this would present a serious health hazard. A 'break' is what half time is for.
