VillaChris Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 I'd happily take Steve Clarke for this as imo if we have a poor start to the season and sack Lambert it gives us flexibility at least to know we have a reasonably experience and capable premier league manager already on our payroll. Not sure it will be given the way Trent is talking, I'll guess at Laursen which would be a populist move certainly and might improve our defence a bit more.
