Private parking lot with the gate, which would usually be open if the restaurant is open? A quick look on Google Maps streetview, of 4 Amagansett Square shows the parking is outside and next to the restaurant (which is small btw), and there is no code operated barrier to the entrance. He's not the only weirdo that can do some sluething. If Lerner doesn't provide any funds it's only going to make it more difficult to sell as the risk of relegation becomes larger - especially if the manager walks. Surely he realises this? First he gets tracked flying to meet OGS, then someone finds out he's having double chocolate fudge cake for dessert in his own restaurant! Love it.
