Where's his eyebrows?

His hair is actually made up of eleven eyebrows. The front two that you are looking for, were far too high up the face for his liking and have been instructed to join the other 9 at the back.

Neil Adams our new manager knows our club inside out,  he's a superb coach and mostly we feel we have a better chance of staying up with him than with Hughton.

The national media will be grovelling soon after hammering us this week.

Yeah buddy, heard that one before. The difference from being a coach on the training pitch and being a manager is huge, like we have seen with numerous others taking the step forward. They are usually gone within a few months - even though all of them knew the club "inside out". Superb coach you say; has he ever been your coach? Didn't think so, I would guess most fans would say that about their staff. Norwich are five points above relegation, with a better GD than Fulham and Cardiff - but it's pretty safe to say that your faith will be sealed against Fulham on Saturday. Lose, and you are pretty much gone with the program that's left. It's never going to be about the change of management, it's going to be about what the other teams manage to fork up. Win that game and you are safe, in fact that game became pretty interesting for the neutral viewer. I really don't care if Norwich stays up, it's a club that belongs in the Championship, but I would argue the same thing for all the other clubs down there.

There are examples of failures and successes of people who started out as coaches or youth coaches. Gary bowyer has done a very good job considerin the circumstances. Doesn't mean any other will fail or succeed.

I think this will be Malky Mackay's job come the summer, whatever division Norwich are in. He's still a hero at Norwich isn't he?

Yes, total hero but not it seems our first choice for next manager, Neil Lennon's name crops up more than Malkys.

Neil Lennon managing anywhere but Celtic would be hilarious. He's an awful loser, fortunately for him it's something he doesn't have to feel too much at Celtic. He'd be another Keane/Di Canio otherwise IMO.

Doesn't matter if Norwich lose the last 4, doesn't mean Houghton didn't deserve the sack. Doing an awful job and rightly got the sack for it. The only debatable bit was the timing.

The only difference between those clubs and ours is their owners are at every game watching on and so have a good idea of whats going on and when things need to be done, every week we play we have a credit card ceo who has no clue about football and an american owner thousands of miles away supposedly watching on the internet.

Fairplay to norwich i say, they weren't prepared to stand for it anymore and took action.

Norwich's only problem was that they didn't do it sooner. The sacking was completely justified though. Hughton was depressingly negative and could never build any sort of momentum. This was evident ages ago.

Norwich have rubbish strikers, Hughton has to take responsibility for that given how little they create. Elmander was hardly much cop at Bolton so don't understand why they got him back to the prem and after scoring on his debut Van Wolfsinkle has barely had a shot on target, I'm surprised how bad he's been given he had a decent scoring at Sporting.

But... But... This sacking culture is contaminating our sport! Awful managers should be given 50 years before they're properly judged!

Difference between Houghton and most is that you've had others get less than a year in charge, Houghton's had near 2 full seasons which IMO is enough to try and get some sort f stability and the manager to create his own squad.
