Leicester's form since Christmas has only been marginally better than relegation form, have taken just eleven points from the last twelve games, they were twelve when they sacked Puel, they're not the kind of club that waits to drop into the relegation zone before sacking the manger. Rodgers will probably survive this season, but if he gets off to a bad start then he'll be at risk of losing his job.

Just had a look on 'Foxestalk' and there's a 'Rodgers out' thread, only looked at the first page, but seems a surprising amount of them are in agreement.

Rediculous, Finishing 5th would still be a great achievement.

Sure before the season but not when they were in the top 4 until the last 2 weeks of the season. Will be like MON failure after being so ahead of Arsenal

Can’t argue with that but would take that over where we are now.

People would want Smith fired in both instances anyway. Fickle fans haha

It's the lead and the timing, this year's top 4 race has been shit (again) utd are getting better, Chelsea are getting better, wolves are getting better, at some point spurs and arsenal will stop getting worse

This year is a massive year for them and wolves, almost a now or never style push and to have been there for so long and so many points ahead it must be disappointing

Bit like Clarke at baggies where they sacked him in the December and people went nuts over it because the year before he'd got them 8th but if you looked at it as a calendar year they'd been **** awful, if Leicesters form continues like this at the start of next year Rodgers will be sweating

But if you label everyone a bottlejob then the term becomes meaningless. Like calling everyone world class

Or just flattered to deceive in the first half of the season?

I don't think the drop in form for so long can be classed as bottling it, Brentford needing to win 2 "easy" games and the pressure getting to them yep, Leicester losing form for 15+ games? Don't agree

Not a clue what we've done to get the bottler tag, the Everton game? We've done that all season

Brentfird did bottle it against stoke

Leicester have big big time bottled it

Wba were massively ahead and bottled it

And we dont even need to mention villa as we know how opportunities they have blown.

But keepinv this on topic leicester have blown it big time.

Bottling it is where you've let pressure and expectation get to you and underperformed

That's not what Leicester have done imo

They've had red hot form followed by poor form and probably finish in a balanced position

Opposite of utd who were poor and are now playing well

Agreed. Villa aren't bottling it either, even if we fail.

Bottling it would be us being safe all season and then losing the last few games to go down.
