Doesn't make it right though. Just sums up how easy it is to win a penalty these days The onus needs to be on the referee not to award a penalty simply for contact. Sticking a leg out anywhere on the park would be given as a foul. It does not need Dzeko to dive like his legs have been hacked away. This is one of those where the contact warranted a penalty.
