jacketspuds
Overall I think I'm happy about the results from the 3pm games. Just need Fulham and Sunderland to drop points now.
Popular Post villadude
Just seen Terry's header and ugly gutted mug afterwards, chuffed to gonads, couldn't happen to a nicer bloke.

The_Rev
It's crazy that Real Madrid have that kind of counter attacking power down both flanks. If the clearing header had gone to Ronaldo on the right he has the ability to do the same. How do you even think about defending against that? You aren't even safe from an attacking corner when you are set up defensively to be 3 on 1 against the runner! Bale Watch: 16 goals & 15 assists in 30 appearances (24 starts) for Real Madrid. R.I.C.O.
The spanish league is just pathetic. Like watching super heavyweight boxers take on a blind quadraplegic monkey every week. Barcelona and Real Madrid should just play each other 38 times.
TrinityRoadSteps
That Bale goal is similar to one of my favourite Villa goals of all time. Tony Morley's winner in the European Cup away leg against Dynamo Berlin securing a 2-1 win

Voinjama
I just cannot believe how much Bale has improved. From that useless left back to possibly the 3rd best player in the world. Unbelievable.
samjp26
Dembele gets his first ever start for Fulham up front. Looks like another manager doesn't want Darren Bent, maybe we won't be able to ship him out after all.

Maybe he'll join one of the clubs that come up, Leicester maybe?

We can always hope QPR come back up - they'd throw loads of cash at him Yes, one of the promoted teams might take a punt on him but probably only on loan... (again) That's exactly what I expect IF somebody is going to come in for him. A loan move that sees us get some of his wages paid until the end of his deal, similar to Ireland at Stoke I guess, it would probably be a good move for a promoted club to be honest. I think the game has evolved a bit over the last few years, especially over here. Most teams only play with one real striker now and that striker is expected to do far more than simply score goals, which is obviously a problem for a player like Bent who isn't the best in terms of work rate and even passing ability etc.
The_Steve
Crazy that Fulham would start a 17-year-old ahead of Bent. Hilarious though. However, they are certainly going down regardless.

The_Steve
Maybe Darren Bent couldn't handle the tough training. Out shopping instead.
