Summer Speculation 2014

Junuzovic is a good player. Wouldn't ever describe him as a player that can play up alone up front though, he's just a slower nzogbia with better vision and ball control.

What do people think of us potentially going for Kranjcar? I think he'd be a good signing, could come cheap with prem experience and his wages aren't very bad at all

I follow Werder Bremen when I can, so I can comment on Juno a bit. He's very versatile, can play as a wide midfielder or central. Can also play in a defensive midfield role (which has since been shifted to for a while now. That would explain his goalscoring and assists not being impressive) Nice foot right and has a decent set piece. Good strike from range. Works very hard for the team.

Not sure what that nonsense about him playing as a striker is all about though. Can't say I've ever seen him play there.

Last two goals are crazy btw.

I'd be surprised if we spent more than 5m in the next week and some of the names being mentioned on here are pie in the sky, fee have gone upwards again, our spend is down again and we all know in our hearts no big signing is coming.

Is Junozovic someone you would like us to sign?

That is the most annoying player video I've ever seen. Not only does it have the typical sh** music, but the person who made it keeps blacking out the video for effect. It angered me. :D.....But, he looks half decent. I wouldn't mind us going for him.

As reported by the Resto del Carlino, would act in a negotiation between Bologna and Aston Villa striker Robert Acquafresca. The player Friday night was at Cagliari to see the challenge of the Italian Cup between the hosts and the Catania and most definitely does not fit in the plans of the technical-economic Bologna. If Fusco able to get rid of his heavy engagement then you could then act more decisively on the market to strengthen the attack.

So that means he's on pretty hefty wages

Probably to do with the co-ownership stuff out there. I know he was co-owned for a while. If he is at your club and the other club in the deal doesn't want to buy your 50% you are probably going to have to loan the player out a lot.
