The_Lions_Roar
Looking forward to Roy Keanes take on this It will be the same as his take on everything won't it? He'll just call them crap again. It was interesting the first time he said it because he is an ex player, but this will be the 20th time he has said it. The truth then? Not sure what you want him to say. Its better than the crap clichés that others come out with.
samjp26
Why on earth bring Kagawa and Welbeck on, only to revert to a 4-4-2 with Rooney as a center mid and Kagawa as a left winger ?!? That completely baffled me, although Kagawa changed the game when he came on and actually gave United some form of attack. How he doesn't start for them is beyond me. They won't get through to the next round after that, would be hilarious if they didn't make Europe fullstop for next season. Jimzk5
Celtic lost their first league game of the season last night at the 27th attempt, cutting their lead at the top of the table to a meagre 21 points
AVFC_Hitz
I think Chelsea will win, but this round of fixtures has been amusing. I fancy Galatasaray tonight. 1-0. They lose the the tie but it'll make for an interesting night tonight. Protests and GS winning.

There would essentially be no reward for winning the groups. Because if top clubs only had to worry about avoiding other top clubs by finishing first, it would become less important, and as more top clubs finished second finishing first wouldn't even help get a better draw. Also, playing the second leg away gives you the advantage of extra time away goals if extra time is needed

Moderator NurembergVillan Posted February 26, 2014 Moderator Share Posted February 26, 2014 Just as Aston Villa are proof that you can't replace three £15m players with fifteen £2m (ish) players, so Spurs are proof that you can't replace one £90m player with four £20m ones.
samjp26
I'm actually quite happy that I've been proved wrong by Bale. I thought he'd flop to be honest but his move looks like it could be the making of him, especially when you consider he has been injured several times this season.
