To be fair it wasn't malicious, he was just trying to get a shot off and Oviedo actually did well to get in front of him. The pitch is bloody awful as well. It's often likely that if there's only the goalkeeper left it is going to be an obvious goalscoring opportunity, but there's nothing that says if the last man commits a foul, it has to be a red.
