Dodgyknees
I'm taking the missus to her first ever Villa game..! She's nervous as hell, so looking for the closest possible hotel to VP. Any suggestions?
AvfcTheObsession
Advice would be dont get the closest possible one tp VT, as you'd be sleeping in the ghetto!

Electric Avenue
Hotel Du Vin is very nice but depends on budget. If you want cheap use the new Premier Inn on New St above the ramp where MaccyD's has been for donkeys.

Dodgyknees
BOF - she is from a non-football family, who think matches end in brutality (ok, maybe they do on the pitch when it is us!) but she is nervous about thugs Vrev - Took me ages to get her to come along! (Had to reword that) Nayson - Yeah mate, I will be, just thought there might be somewhere decent closer - after looking at all hotels on google maps, it has to be the City.
Davkaus
Interesting choice to take her to a local derby as her first game!
Electric Avenue
If she's nervous this may be a poor choice of game as a starter. Midweek , local derby, alcohol , not normally a good combination. Stay off Witton Lane as I can see there being some trouble around that area. Good job you posted it after the VT watershed when the kids have gone to bed.
