AValon Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 Used to run the bar every NYE, which is'nt the most pleasurable of experiences.....having to endure hours of unintelligible abuse, break up fight after fight and see off the night mopping up pools of puke, sprinkled liberally with broken glass. And I don't even drink FFS! My fondest memory, though, was of the town 'nutter', dressed in full Roman Centurion garb, fighting off all-comers on the steps of the pub . I had an offer of a Hootefanny ticket. Well, firstly I wasn't in the mood for New Year's Eve when it was filmed in November.
