I'll have to try this technique. Every time I attempt homemade, it turns into a gooey blob. My Italian forebears would be horrified.

Had a Chinese takeaway tonight. 

I really didn't fancy any of the usual suspects so did something I haven't done in ages and just had a whole portion of Yuk Sung. 

Bloody lovely, everytime I do it I wonder why I don't do it more often.

Love the stuff. Actually started making it myself during the first lockdown.

Few tweaks but really easy to get something very similar on the plate 👍

I found a place in Camden that sells 3ft long hot dogs 

I’m fairly sure I can’t eat a whole one but planning on going up there next week to find out ...

That’s an impressive dog, but it’s not 3m. Maybe 3ft? I’d like to have a crack it in any case.

Kentucky hot brown

Thick slice of crusty bread, sat on top of it sliced tomato, turkey breast fried, bacon and then covered in bechemel sauce and cheese and stuck under the grill 

Yank cuisine at its finest
