Voinjama
My bad, he's only 24 and now playing for the self titled 'biggest club in the world', he'll get a medal or 2 soon.
Avfc96
I know this might sound odd but how about Phil Jagielka. He's not the best I know but to be a regular for England and to not have won anything its quite odd.

The_Rev
Not a Premier League player, but definitely deserves a mention in this thread. Bernd Schneider of Bayer Leverkusen and Germany fame. Never won anything but his collection of runners up medals is ridiculous. Bundesliga runner up: 1999-2000, 2000-2001 German cup runner up: 2001-2002, 2008-2009. Champions League runner up: 2001-2002 FIFA World Cup runner up: 2002 FIFA World Cup third place: 2006 Talk about always the bridesmaid.

AstonMartin82
I believe Claudio Ranieri has a similar record as a manager... or at least used to. Pretty sure I read somewhere a couple of years ago he has actually never won anything significant with any of his clubs.
