Popular Post JPA Massive Posted November 10, 2013 Popular Post Share Posted November 10, 2013 Well it was cold, it was icy and Heaton Park in Manchester has way too many hills (too few of which seemed to go down....). However, the three members of the JPA Massive who made it to race day all made it to the finish without being last and in doing so have now raised £549 for MacMillan Cancer Support in memory of irreverentad/Adam with more hopefully to come. As I said in my post the other day, huge thanks to those members of Villa Talk who donated to the cause. To have people we've never met, and probably never will, pledging their support was fantastic and it is much appreciated. Adam's partner was there to cheer us home and hopefully the money we've raised will, in a very small way, help someone in future if they find themselves in a similar position. 16 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
